Meta.com Spring/Summer Revamp

Worked on the 2025 Meta.com Spring/Summer website revamp. The goal was to update the current Meta.com copy on the site for Spring/Summer offers and pricing for Meta AI glasses and VR headsets. 

UX Content Writing + Design Process

  • Performed site audit of content to identify primary needs 

  • Reviewed and wrote button labels, error messages, product descriptions for both desktop and mobile 

  • Created FAQs for specified pages

  • Collaborated with design team in Figma for prototyping and versioning 

  • Collaborating with content strategist for content design elements 

  • Adhered to Meta.com brand style and guidelines in writing all microcopy 

  • Adhered to specific information hierarchy in developing copy elements on each page 

  • Ensured all content met accessibility, usability, and inclusivity guidelines 

  • Collaborated with design team when iterating and updating content elements with feedback from developers 

  • Wrote and oversaw multiple versions of copy for different markets and nationalities

Late summer of 2025 project to create a unique web page highlighting cooking features of Ray-Ban Meta AI glasses. 

UX Content Writing + Design Process

  • Brainstormed and iterated on headline ideas with a specific approach of thinking with the end customer (primary audience) in mind

  • Created A/B tests of different pages

  • Reviewed and wrote button labels, error messages, product descriptions for both desktop and mobile

WhatsAppBusiness.com Site Revamp

Served as lead copywriter and UX writer on complete revamp of the WhatsAppBusiness.com website. The process included multiple rounds of content assessment, strategy development, and design elements. 

UX Content Writing + Design Process

  • Performed content audit of current site

  • Collaborated with Content Strategy to build voice and tone guidelines for the site (guidelines similar to WhatsApp consumer site brand tone) 

  • Continuously partnered with UX Strategist and Content Strategist to build out copy sections for each page 

  • Reviewed and wrote button labels, error messages, product descriptions for both desktop and mobile 

  • Worked specifically with client stakeholders for page copy design, copy elements, user flow, call-to-action elements and more 

  • Collaborated with design team in Figma for prototyping and versioning
